Halloween stay
We stayed here over Halloween weekend and had a wonderful stay- everyone we met was super friendly, they really went over and above to make our kids feel special- giving them treat bags and had a find the ghost game which they loved! Great play area which we got a table right outside so we could enjoy our dinner and keep an eye on children at the same time and room was spotless! Will hopefully be back very soon!

Definitely recommended.
The hotel was quiet despite being very busy and the room was spotless. The meal deal was great value and the restaurant staff were professional, pleasant and well trained. Special mention to Roberta in the restaurant. I had a leg injury that significantly impacted on my mobility. Roberta took me under her wing, taking my order so I didn't have to order at the bar, ensuring my food was ok and delivering and refilling my drink. She looked out for me the following evening and provided the same exemplary service. A real gem and an asset to the company. My only issue, which wouldn't normally apply, was the fact that my accessible room was as far away from reception and the restaurant as it was possible to be. Perhaps something to be considered when doing future refurbishment?

Awful Service
This review is based on the bar only. The service is absolutely ridiculous. Only one person behind the bar on a Saturday night. We were waiting so long to order we left. Definitely need more staff.

Family get away.
Absolutely outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
