    Met my accessibility needs and had a great stay

    Accessibility was incredible and often much better than higher rated hotels etc I've stayed in before. Only complaint on that side was lack of mini fridge or option to ask for one for medications or drinkable water outside of restaurant opening times. The staff were lovely although it did often take a while to get a response at front desk after pressing the bell. WiFi a little slow and although we bought the ultimate as my husband had to work one night it wasn't the greatest and a bit pricey at £5 for 24hrs. For a cheap and cheerful weekend, definitely worth it.

    Kinia, excellent service

    As soon as I walked in to pre.ier inn, I felt so welcome and comfortable Kinia is an asset to your establishment. I have a problem with my meal booking and she personally went into the restaurant and sorted all out. Really loved my stay and was extra special with a very helpful, friendly and supportive Kinia
