    Besonders gut haben mir die zentrale Lage des Hotels und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer gefallen.

    Leider wurde der erste Eindruck vom Hotel bereits beim Einchecken getrübt. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption begegnete uns sehr unfreundlich. Ihr Verhalten empfand ich als feindselig und aggressiv. Das hat mir sofort die Stimmung verdorben und einen unangenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich hätte mir einen respektvollen und freundlichen Empfang gewünscht.
