    Great location and service

    Great location near London Bridge, but good value as well. Is a quaint hotel, fitting in with the architecture. Handy to get to the South Bank area, but also near to London Bridge and Waterloo to get around London. Like all Premier Inns very high standard of bed that you can expect at all hotels. Comfortable. Would recommend.

    Great location

    Great location, right next to borough market. Staff very accommodating and polite. Clean room, as always at prem inn. Early morning delivery lorries woke my partner but I slept through!!

    A great stay

    Great hotel, we visited with our two teenage kids. Location is excellent, in a really lively area but it was so peaceful & quiet at night, we all slept great as the beds in our family room were so comfy. The girl on reception on Sunday morning was so friendly, and the chef on breakfast was also very accommodating. A great trip!

    Shabby and understaffed.

    Return visit. Great central location. Option to leave a bag before check-in is always appreciated. Check-in was VERY busy and had to wait ages - actually standing outside in the rain!!!!! as the small reception lobby was packed and only one person on duty. Staff are friendly and helpful but obviously stretched and overworked. The beds are comfy and rooms just about clean enough, but communal areas are shabby and grotty. Feels like too much to pay for shabby, grotty, worn-out and understaffed. Premier Inn needs to do better.
