Large quiet room
This hotel has vary large rooms, especially according to England's standards. Very tidy bathroom. Very quiet, I could sleep without being disturbed. Well located right between Wimbledon beautiful train station and village, and South Wimbledon subway station. Many grocery stores, wine merchant and good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Wonderful 5 nights stay
Our 5-night stay was absolutely wonderful! We arrived around midnight for check-in, and the staff still greeted us with the biggest smiles (almost too polite — in an adorably annoying way :))) ). The breakfast was tasty (not the most varied, but totally fine), the beds were super comfy, and the area was peaceful and well-connected by public transport (about a 10–15 minute walk to the nearest metro stations). All in all, we were really happy with everything — accommodation, location, and transport. Thank you, Wimbledon! 🥰 Nicoleta & Cedric — we’ll be back with pleasure!

Awful
This place is dreadful. My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in what they call a "premier plus" room. There was a catalogue of issues:- - The automated check in didn't work and we waited ages for a staff member to check us in manually. - There was encrusted dry urine around the top of the toilet bowl. - The toilet seat was broken. - The sink was dirty. - There was mould growing in the shower. - The shower controls didn't work properly. - The room carpet was dirty and stained. - The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were old and flat. So much for their promise of a good night's sleep! They clearly have an issue with cleaning and the whole place is tired and shabby. When we complained we were given a 25% discount. Do not stay here if you expect a pleasant hotel experience.
