    A nice place to stay

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. It was a perfect location for the event we were attending at Heaton Park. I think the people in the next room were smoking as we could smell it on and off throughout our stay, which was a little off-putting , but aside from that we were very satisfied.

    Thank you Elena

Elena was so welcoming. Later in the evening I realised I had broken my charging cable and was unable to charge my work phone. (This was not ideal). I went down to reception to see if they had a cable I could buy? Elena went above and beyond and found me a cable I could borrow. Great service! I travel for work and stay in lots of premier inns, but this has to be the best service experience I have had so far.

    Fantastic Mary

Mary was fantastic, a warm friendly welcome. Also great advice on the meal deal! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for looking after me so well.
