    I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to West Quay Shopping Centre. I’d definitely stay here again

    Great for a couple of nights

    Great room, great service, great breakfast, and best of all the shower was the best I've had in a while. Overall, perfect for what I needed for a couple of nights.

    It was okay!

    Hsk kept knocking on the door and disturbed our sleep even tho the checkout time was at 12. Overall the room was clean and nice.

    Comfortable, affordable and super convenient before cruising out of Southampton

    The location near the port as well as near shops was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Both the dinner and the breakfast we ate there were yummy and fairly priced. There is no checkin counter, you use the self checkin kiosk but it was simple and efficient. The only downside is that there no parking directly at the hotel and not drop-off/checkin parking either but it wasn’t such a big inconvenience since there is th shopping mall parking lot right behind the hotel.
