Lovely place , kind compassionate staff
Stayed for Halloween weekend after being at Thorpe park for fright night. Lovely stay easy to get to and lovely staff. My daughter left her teddy bear and after speaking to Gina one of the staff members she helped return the bear. My daughter was very happy as Gina sent pictures of the bear eating breakfast and sitting at the reception which my daughter loved. Gina is a very kind compassionate member of staff and went above and beyond for us.
