Very relaxing and enjoyable
The hotel is in a great location, close to Swansea Building Society Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy. The room was good with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Certainly not Premier
Whilst the important parts were clean, such as the bedding, there was a considerable amount of dust, and dirt around. The place was worn out and tatty

Overall a cheap mid week night away,
The hotel itself was fab reception staff were very accommodating when we arrived early and changed our plans from just having breakfast to having the meal deal which included the evening meal. Can’t say we were impressed with the manager Amber from the beefeater found her very rude at one point she walked up to a member of staff who was actually dealing with a customer and just started talking to her about another member who of staff with no ‘excuse me’ to the customer or anything plus she was holding a cigarette in her hand which I found very unprofessional.

Superb staff and service really sets this place apart - fabulous
Standard room - clean - spacious but what really sets it apart is the staff - waiters ar breakfast and evening staff simply amazing - couldn’t do enough for you - attentive friendly and efficient. Menu great and steak simply delicious. As a lone female business traveller I felt at home and looked after - brilliant service - well done - will return.
