Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Manch einer vom Personal war sehr bemüht und engagiert, hat sich um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert. Das Zimmer war trotzdem zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
Man anderer war das Gegenteil. Unfreundlicher Empfang beim einchecken. Ungeduldig, unhöflich, kurz angebunden. Rollt genervt mit den Augen, nur weil ich nicht an der freiwilligen Datenerhebung für die „Statistik“ teilnehme. Das Zimmer war bereits deutlich abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen.

Ich werde nicht nochmal hier buchen.
Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr nett, ebenso einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist in Ordnung.
Ansonsten ist das Hotel wenig ansprechend. Im Zimmer gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und im Bad viel zu wenige Haken. In der Dusche war deutlich Schimmel. Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer, deutlich überteuert ist der Parkplatz. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind eher unfreundlich, so wird man nicht begrüßt und wenn man sich abends ein Getränk bestellt, musste man es selbst an der Theke abholen. Weiterhin habe ich das Hotel auch ausgesucht, weil es eine kleine Abendkarte mit Speisen gibt. An dem Tag als ich es in Anspruch nehmen wollte, wurde dann gesagt, es gäbe nur Pizza. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich ein anderes Hotel gewählt. Das permanente Spielen von Weihnachtsliedern im Oktober hat am Nervenkostüm gezerrt. Meinem Mann hatte ich spontan dazu gebucht. Somit musste das Frühstück für ihn nachträglich gebucht werden. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts kam es morgens im Speisesaal zu einer Diskussion, ob er denn bezahlt habe, da das Hotel es nicht geschafft hat, die Information an die Küche weiterzugeben.
