Good value for money, but not as described
Very clean apartment on the 13th floor. It's well equipped. It is very spacious (although it's only a one bedroom apartment).
It is only a one bedroom apartment. The bunk beds are in the lounge. It doesn't have a washing machine, although it shows one in its pictures.

Es war alles super sauber und auch schön eingerichtet. Alles top ! Die Aussicht der Wohnung ist wunderbar ,da sie im 11.Stock liegt.
Leider gibt es etwas Punkteabzug, denn es wäre schon gut ,wenn man Familien vorher darüber informiert,dass direkt unten drunter eine alte Dame wohnt und die wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Die Kinder sollten doch bitte nicht so viel rumlaufen,denn das wäre so laut. Der Vermieter kann nichts dafür , aber die Info wäre auf jeden Fall hilfreich.

Wer einen tollen Ausblick in einer sauberen, gut ausgerüsteten Wohnung sucht, ist hier richtig.
Die Unterkunft liegt in der 11. Etage eines Hochhauses auf einem Berg. Somit hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Heidenheim und Umgebung. Die Grundausstattung in der Wohnung war super, egal ob Klopapier, Kaffee, Tee, Geschirrspültabs oder Mülltüten. Alles was man für den Alltag benötigt ist ausreichend vorrätig. Die Sauberkeit des Appartements war super. Das Bad war neuwertig und sehr schön ausgestattet, inkl. Waschmaschine. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich.
Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen ausgelegt. Der Esstisch und Sofa sind dafür ausreichend. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit einem großzügigen Einbauschrank. Das Hochbett steht allerdings im Wohnzimmer, was den Fotos nicht so ganz zu entnehmen ist. An sich hat uns das nicht gestört, es wäre aber schöner, wenn das Hochbett mit einem Paravent, Vorhang, Rollo, Raumteiler oder ähnlichem abgetrennt wäre, da das Wohnzimmer auch groß genug ist. Der fünfte Schlafplatz auf dem Sofa ist für Hartgesottene, da das Sofa nicht ausklappbar ist und die schmale Liegefläche auf Kunstledern eher unkomfortabel. Wir haben nur 4 Betten gebraucht, daher können wir die Unterkunft für bis 4 Personen nur empfehlen.
