    Great location and a lovely host

    The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, and plenty of thoughtful extras such as coffee, tea, spices, olive oil and even flour. The host was very helpful, communication was excellent, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were especially grateful for being allowed to check in early, as we arrived in Bologna in the morning. We really enjoyed having the little outdoor area where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee. On occasion, some rubbish fell from the upstairs apartment, which was a little unfortunate. The apartment also has limited natural light, but this wasn't an issue for us as we spent most of our time exploring the city. We had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the host's kindness.

    The cleanliness could have been a little better.

    …una delle poche cose positive del nostro breve soggiorno-Mauro mi perdonerà, nn ho scattato foro.

    Mauro (l’host) è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato (direi) accompagnato “step by step” per l’accesso ed utilizzo della casa, ed ha fornirci info sui locali tipici e non; addirittura ci ha dato info e dritte sui mezzi per spostarci (taxi-bus). L’appartamento si trova a 12/15 min dal centro, camminando sotto i fantastici portici; l’interno è arredato con mobili moderni, con stile e gusto. Chicca “a sorpresa” un piccolissimo, ma grazioso, dehor; per cenette, lettura o fumatine “tête-à-tête “. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE 💯🔝💪

    Se proprio devo cercare il famoso “pelo nell’uovo”, la parte esterna (lato scale) del portoncino d’ingresso ; ma immagino sia costretto a tenerlo così per questioni di condominio.
