  I would not stay here. Appliances dont work, internet does not work, terrible communication by staff

  The location was nice

  The dryer was broken preventing us from being able to dry the clothes that we already washed and washing any other clothes for our entire stay because they did not get someone there until the day we left. They only replied about it after 3 separate messages one of which was a day later. They spent that entire day asking me to trouble shoot the dryer and take pictures and videos of it not working. At the end of the day they said they would contact someone. The following day they were not able to have anyone come out and said they would not have a repair man until after we left. On checkout day as we were packing the repair man showed up and knew we were there. So they told him but not us. Terrible communication. The internet modem wifi modem is in the back bedroom of a building made from concrete and the signal only worked if you were in the bedroom with the modem. There fix to all this was to offer us to stay for a late checkout until 1pm but only offered it to us after our checkout time and we had already left. They also tried to say they had the person come out the same day we reported it. I first reported it on a Saturday. They didnt contact anyone to come until Monday. And Noone came until Tuesday. Definitely not the same day. For the price they are charging it is not worth it to stay. Find another, there are plenty of good places in the same location.

  Zunächst die positiven Punkte: Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sowohl vor der Anreise als auch bei der Ankunft gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – Bondi Beach liegt praktisch direkt gegenüber. Die Apartments befinden sich im zweiten Stock, vom Balkon hat man einen begrenzten Blick auf den Ozean. Außerdem gibt es einen Parkplatz, was ein großer Vorteil ist.

  Allerdings gibt es erhebliche Mängel. Die Apartments benötigen nicht nur gründliche Reinigung, sondern auch Reparaturen, und einige Gegenstände sollten ersetzt werden. Das Sofa ist völlig mit Fusseln bedeckt und daher sehr ungemütlich. Das Bügelbrett ist kaputt und unbrauchbar. An der Eingangstür war die Gummilippe unten halb abgerissen. Zur Sauberkeit: Bei der ersten kurzen Inspektion schien alles in Ordnung, aber später traten viele Probleme zutage. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren mit einer jahrzehntealten Schicht Schmutz bedeckt, die Kaffeemaschine war nicht von der vorherigen Nutzung gereinigt, im Badezimmer lagen Haare auf dem Boden. Und schließlich das Schlimmste – Kakerlaken. Insgesamt: Trotz der hervorragenden Lage und des guten Kontakts mit dem Gastgeber benötigen die Apartments eine gründliche Reinigung, Reparaturen und den Austausch einiger Gegenstände, um dem angegebenen Standard zu entsprechen.

  Location is fab, right in the centre, decor & amenities all outstanding- would definitely recommend
