    Très bien situé

    Appartement très bien situé, en face de la plage de copacabana et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage d'ipanema. Commerces en bas de l'immeuble (snack, pharmacie, supermarché...) vraiment très pratique c'est genial. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel.

    Odeur de tabac très forte dans le couloir (uniquement dans le couloir ça n'impacte pas l'appartement mais c'est vraiment très désagréable). Dans la petite salle de bain l'eau ne s'écoule pas bien dans la douche donc l'eau monte très vite. La clim de la première chambre est trop forte et trop bruyante. Pour la première chambre de l'entrée on entend tout du couloir malheureusement...
