    Location

    Bad communication. Looks like a talk to a free version of chat gpt. All problem could be solved by short msg "the lockbox is on the left, 3rd from the top. Open the entrance door, the apartment is the 1st door to the left" that's it. Instead I had 1hour conversation.

    Está bien ubicado, cerca de todo tanto si vas andando o en metro ..

    Está bien , pero es algo pequeño . La cocina es pequeña aún q le falten detalles para ser más útil. Cuando entre estaba sin limpiar y en mi caso no avisé ,lo limpié yo así me quedé más agusto . Las ventanas no insonorizan bien , se escucha mucho el tráfico pero teniendo en cuenta q es un bajo pues era de esperar .y sobretodo huele muchísimo a humedad . Pasábamos el día fuera y al entrar costaba respirar x la humedad y el olor a humedad .
