    Scam

    When we arrived we couldn't enter. The host was not reachable, also not by Booking.com. 2 days later still no response whatsoever.

    What a disgrace. We spent £365 for a one night stay and couldn’t even stay there. We arrived to the block of apartments

    Scammers!!!

    Can not comment on whether I liked the property or not as the host ignored all communications, blocked my calls and I was unable to get into the property so had to book a hotel further away and tube to Wembley.

    Utter scammers!! Took my £405 booking then ignored all communications. They did not meet me at the property between 3 and 4pm, they blocked my phone calls, failed to reply to texts and at 4:30pm I had to book a hotel room urgently. I would not recommend the hosts at all and I will be taking the matter further to get all costs refunded back to me including the hotel and tube tickets. Avoid this at all costs!! I can’t rate lower than a 1 but they don’t even deserve a 1 review!!

    do not come here . Really disappointing and definitely not worth the money

    The only good thing was that it’s close to Wembley

    Really disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money. We paid around £400 for one night and the apartment was not up to an acceptable standard. It smelled strongly of cigarettes when we arrived, the carpets were heavily stained with a large iron burn/stain, there were dead bugs in the bed and numerous dead insects and what appeared to be cockroaches in the bathroom. The cutlery was dirty, the shower floor was cracked, there was no bath mat/floor towel and the TV remote didn’t work. Regardless of how much a property costs, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum. Finding dead bugs in the bed and insects in the bathroom is completely unacceptable and these things should have been checked before guests arrived. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t return.
