We have had stayed in other properties and this apartment is below the expectations and experiences compared to previous

Carpet - not very clean, sofa faux covers - stained . Beds -mattresses were very uncomfortable in all rooms. When u lie down, mattress slopes down. No covers for duvet. Unable to get a good sleep. Kitchen cutleries , pots n pans were rusty and totally unusable. Setup of microwave, kettle - electrical points were not user friendly, Rice cooker and coffee maker would have been an advantage . Other properties provide them. Fridge - too small for a family of 6 Insufficient toiletries , no top up of them for a week. For safety reasons, don’t recall seeing - a fire extinguisher.
