    Momentan nicht zu empfehlen, wenn alles fertig ist, ist es wirklich schön dort, aber uns zum vollen Preis dort unterzub

    An und für sich ist die Wohnung top, tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, gute Betten und hochwertige Geräte.

    Leider mussten wir für viel Geld Urlaub auf einer Baustelle machen. Überall war Baustaub, es war von 8-16 Uhr Lärm und überall standen Werkzeuge, es wurde im Hausflur gesägt und Fliesen zugeschnitten, gestrichen und getackert und andauernd geredet in einer Lautstärke, als ob jemand in der Wohnung selbst wäre. Zudem war dadurch andauernd der Aufzug blockiert, was mit einem über 80 jährigen gehbehinderten Menschen und zwei zweijährigen kein Spaß war. Zudem hatten meine Kinder andauernd Angst vor dem Lärm und den Arbeitern. Die Tiefgarage ist nicht für Fahrzeuge mit Dachbox geeignet, es wurde vorher allerdings nur von einer schmalen Zufahrt und nicht von einer niedrigen gesprochen, also konnte ich den Parkplatz zur Wohnung nicht nutzen und um die Wohnung herum war alles von Baufahrzeugen zugeparkt. Trotz Fotos und Audioaufnahmen etc. an die Managerin, gab es keinerlei Erstattung. Deshalb hat die Qualität unseres Aufenthalts leider extrem geschmälert. So kann ich einen Aufenthalt nicht weiterempfehlen.

    Great location, comfortable beds.

    Great location! Close to the beach. Apartment is fitted with all that you need. Good quality beds. All in all a very good place to stay.

    This apartment is made for rent out, so it lacks home feeling. Windows/ glass on terrace to sea have not been washed for a while. Second toilet is too small and the third bedroom is not very pleasant with no window. Parking is a bit of a challenge as the garage is very narrow.

    It was a most enjoyable stay, would love to come back.

    A lovely. clean and spacious apartment, excellent location. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, charming sea view from the balcony.

    All was brilliant.
