Ocean View with Amazing Sunset from our balcany….
The condo was well stocked with items for our use. The Seascape Resort was well maintained with paved paths where you could rent a golf cart and explore. There was a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating at cute little umbrella tables that looked out at the ocean. We had a gorgeous ocean view from our balcony which we enjoyed two amazing sunsets on our stay. The weather was warm on our trip, it was a heatwave, but even without AC the condo stayed cool inside. We were only a short walk (5 minutes) away from a little shopping area with a great little grocery store, a coffee shop that served breakfast, pizza parlor and more. The hubby and I kept the slider opened to hear waves crashing and watched movies on streaming channels until midnight. Then went to sleep in a really comfortable bed. We will definitely stay there again.

Alles in allem ein nettes Apartment sowie Anlage. Einschränkungen gerne vorab mitteilen.
Das Apartment war sauber und die Lage auch nett (kleiner Ausschnitt auf den Strand/Meer). Die Küche war relativ gut ausgestattet. Das Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Apartment ist kostenlos und sehr gut. Das Gelände rund um die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch angelegt mit schönem Blick auf den weitläufigen Strand. In der Nähe findet sich kleine, nette Läden. Die Erreichbarkeit vom Highway ist sehr gut.
Die Hellhörigkeit des Apartments! Nebenan hat man die ganze Nacht das Schnarchen des Nachbarn gehört. Darüber wohnte eine Familie mit Kind(ern), die abends pausenlos durch die Wohnung gerannt sind. Sehr störend! Ein Wäscheständer wäre super zum Trocknen nasser Handtücher. Leider wurde erst kurz vor Anreise eine Mitteilung gemacht, dass aufgrund von "Streitigkeiten" zwischen Hausverwaltung und Eigentümer nur der "Nord-Pool" genutzt werden kann. An der Rezeption haben wir gefragt, wo dieser Pool ist und bekamen nur ein Achselzucken als Antwort. Somit können wir nicht beurteilen, wie dieser Pool ist, da wir ihn nicht genutzt haben.

Schöne Lage am Strand
Tolle Lage am Meer, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, vom Spülmittel bis zu den Surfbrettern, Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war unkompliziert, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.
Das ausklappbare Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem. Das Appartment ist eher etwas für 2 Personen
