    דירה פונקציונאלית

    דירה פונקציונאלית, נקיה ומאובזרת, במיקום של כ-5 דק הליכה מתחנת המטרו וכ-10 דק' מהמדרחוב. קרובה לסופרמרקט. יש מעלית בבניין.

    הדירה והאבזור מיושנים. המקלחת פיצית. הדירה עמוסה בציוד שעדיף היה לזרוק (שמפואים למניהם שאנשים השתמשו בהם, כפכפים של אנשים קודמים ששהו בדירה וכמויות של אוכל. זה חורג מכך שנעים ונחמד למצוא סוכר או שמן ועדיף היה לזרוק מוצרים פתוחים ופגי תוקף). הבניין ישן, והכניסה לא מאוד מזמינה. איפסנו חפצים לפני הצ'ק אין בארון שירות במזדרון, במזל ובקושי נכנסה מזוודה גדולה. הבעלים נחמדה, אבל כשהיו בעיות לקח המון זמן להגיע לפתרון משביע רצון (בעיה אזורית עם המים).

    Es falsa la información sobre el parking. Hay que prepararse porque de día está completo y de noche reservado. El mismo tema para todos los de la zona. En la calle regulado y con vigilancia en todas partes

    Konum harika, bina 1960larda komunist rejim zamanında yapılmış girişi asansörü o döneme ait olduğu için ilk başta ürpertici gelebilir ama balkon manzarası muazzam.

    Eski ve zemin ahşap olduğundan yürürken çok fazla ses oluyor
