Hotel was overbooked and just informed me that morning
I booked the hotel three months ago and fully paid the room fee. However, booking.com just informed me in the morning of the check in date that the hotel was overbooked. So, I had to carry 4 big luggages with my two family members in London to look for other hotel. Very bad experience and make me lack if confidence to use booking.com in the future. Really really bad.

Great base camp in a beautiful neighborhood, well connected to the rest of the city.
Location was great, staff was friendly, the place was large enough and comfy for a family of four (took the presidential suite with balcony) and clean. To the people wondering (like me before I came) whether there are one or two sofabeds, there is one large sofa and two one-person beds inside, that can be fully separated by putting the sofa cushions in between - so this is really two sofa beds.
It was mostly great but a few things could be just a tad better. We never were cold but the heating was a bit hit and miss, either too warm (bathroom and living room) or did not seem to work (in the bedroom).
