  鍵の受け渡し問題がなければ、お勧めしたいホテルです

  今回は3人で利用。1人に1部屋が使えたのでパーソナルなスペースが保てたし、ドアを閉めれば音も漏れにくく、共有部分と占有部分の使い分けができたのが良かった。 ２階にスーパーがあるのがとても便利だった。小さなお土産をたくさん買うことができたし、軽食やデザートを買えたのが、コンビニやスーパーがあまりないトロントで、非常に助かった。 駅まで屋内を通って行けるのも便利だった。眺めも最高だしオンタリオ湖を望むレストランにも近いので、位置もとても良いと思う。

  事前にキーの受取場所が異なるという連絡が欲しかった。写真にあるような受取場所は見当たらず、住所ではここだと確信しても写真と合致しないので、キーカフェの場所がまったく分からなかった。そのためチェックインまで数時間を要した。鍵が合わないのかドアの開閉が最低でも２回、最高８回くらい回さないと開閉できなかった。鍵にまつわる事が一番の不満点だった。 室内でYoutubeなどを見られると説明されていたが、結局見る事が出来なかった。切り替えの問題なら、画像付きの説明がほしかった。 タオルが統一されておらず、大きすぎたり小さすぎたり、質感がよくなかったりしたので、もう少し上質なタオルにしてほしかった。

  Great views and comfortable beds but needs a little TLC

  The best thing about this apartment is the amazing views. The apartment is on a corner so there are views over Toronto from every room. It’s high up, on the 61st floor, so may not work for those scared of heights. The beds were comfortable, although I have no idea why the bed in the main bedroom was so high. I am tall and I struggled to climb into the bed. Having 3 bedrooms worked well for our family. Clear instructions to find both the keys and the apartment itself. Great location, a short walk from Union Station and the waterfront.

  For somewhere called the Presidential Suite, it is in definite need of some TLC. A cupboard door was hanging off, lots of chipped paint, blind slats missing so that privacy was compromised, and open food left in the fridge and cupboards. There is a large storage room off the main bedroom that is badly organised, such that it was a struggle to hang clothes and I only found the iron and small ironing board on the last morning, buried under other things. The wardrobes in the other bedrooms had rugs and boxes shoved in them, again compromising hanging space, and they could easily have been stored off the main bedroom if it was better organised. We had no clear direction on which process to use to check out (there are 3 options) and we weren’t able to reach the owner, so we had to just leave and let him know. Thankfully there wasn’t an issue but it would have been useful to have this communicated the night before we were due to leave.

  Good apartment on great location

  Excellent location and view Good size apartment Good airco and bed

  Not a big problem but good curtains instead of vertical blinds would have been nice. Now it was light in the bedroom around 4:30. Some overdue maintenance
