Spacious apartment in an excellent location. More explanations would make it a better experience.
The apartment was spacious, clean and had an unbelievable amount of storage. The location is excellent, very close to the Royal Palace and Palace Madama. Multiple taxi stands and bus stops were close by making it easy to explore other areas of Turin.
While the apartment has a lot of great amenities, guests are expected to uncover and figure out on their own how to use/access those amenities. For example, we only discovered the safe while we were searching everywhere to find the iron and ironing facilities that were promised. Even then, we had to figure out on our own that the key the receptionist told us she didn’t know what it was for turned out to be for the safe. The apartment had separate trash containers for glass, plastic, paper, etc, but none of the receptionists could tell us which container was for which product. The kitchen had a combination oven/microwave which we never figured out how to use. We were in the apartment for 3 hours before we received the password for the WiFi. While the apartment had 3 large TV’s, we were never able to hook them up to the internet. A simple note left in the apartment for new arrivals could have eliminated these issues and significantly reduced the initial frustration we felt settling into the apartment.
