    Dissapointed

    Property was perfect, but:

We arrived at the property late at night but were unable to access the apartment, as we had not received the check-in instructions through any communication channel available to us. As a result, we found ourselves outside the apartment late at night, with no way to get in. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation and pay for another hotel to avoid being left without a place to stay. It was only the following morning that the host called me and explained that the instructions had been sent via WhatsApp. I installed the application only after that conversation. I understand that guests have a responsibility to follow check-in instructions, but I also believe that hosts have a responsibility to ensure their guests receive essential access information, particularly when it is clear that their messages are not being acknowledged. We paid for accommodation that we were unable to use through no deliberate fault of our own.

Location good arranged to drop off luggage earlier

The keys a bit tricky. If keys would be labeled for front entrance lift and apartment this would be better
