    ¡CUIDADO! ES UNA ESTAFA

    ESTAFADORES Encontramos el apartamento en unas condiciones de higiene inaceptables (ver fotos). La situación era especialmente grave porque somos alérgicos y mi pareja padece asma. Solicitamos un reembolso, ya que nos fuimos del lugar, teniendo que coger otro alojamiento, gastándonos más del doble y no se hacen cargo (ni el alojamiento ni Booking nos dan una solución). Un viaje arruinado, se quedaron con nuestro dinero y nadie nos da una solución. Una vergüenza. Estamos en trámite de denunciarlos, ya que no pararemos hasta recuperar nuestro dinero.

    Inexistente y pesimo

    Alojamiento el cual ni llegue a ver a dos horas de llegar a Italia me enviaron un mensaje poniéndome que no podía acceder al apartamento, después de una semana sin contestarme ni decirme nada. No están al tanto ni ponen ningún tipo de facilidad, ya sé que no volver a reservar nunca jamás.
