Very pleasant stay.
The property was clean, spatious and comfortable, in a good location of Ostia. It offered everything for a short stay and Raffaele was a very welcoming host offering many restaurant suggestions and even helped us to book at several restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with Raffaele on whatsapp, because he speaks english and we appreacited that he welcomed us in person.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Raffaele a été d’une gentillesse remarquable et a été très arrangeant (il nous a notamment permis d’arriver un peu plus tôt que l’heure prévue). L’appartement est très bien placé: il est à 10min à pieds environ des commerces et 15min à pieds de la plage. L’appartement est très bien équipé et est très propre. Nous recommandons fortement !
Tout était parfait ! 😌 Petit bémol sur le lit qui grince dès que l’on s’allonge.

Appartamento ben arredato e ben curato, dal design moderno e minimalista bilanciato perfettamente. Personalmente l'ho trovato accogliente, molto comodo al mare (±10/15 minuti a piedi) ed a servizi elementari quali ad esempio negozi di alimentari (con un Pam a 300mt ed un Conad a 500mt), bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, Sushi, parrucchiere, estetiste e molto altro. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo sia per lunghe che per brevi permanenze!

El alojamiento es maravilloso, está muy bien acondicionado. Está cerca de la parada de tren para ir a Roma. Los anfitriones muy atentos. Sin duda, la mejor elección para venir a Ostia.
