    I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here.

    Here is the updated review incorporating the issue with the payment and lack of an official receipt: Rating: 1/5 stars – Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and a severe breach of guest privacy I strongly advise anyone looking for accommodation in Marrakech to avoid the Inn Apartment. Our experience here was deeply frustrating, uncomfortable, and unprofessional from start to finish. Severe lack of cleanliness: The apartment was not properly cleaned and had bugs throughout the space. Lack of privacy and basic amenities: There were no curtains on the windows, leaving us fully exposed until we had to search around the property ourselves to figure out the shutters. There were also no washing facilities available. Shady financial practices: When paying, they refused to provide an official or proper receipt despite repeated requests. In the end, I had to physically write out a makeshift receipt myself just to have basic written acknowledgment that they had received my money. Dishonest host and poor treatment: The host lied, acted unprofessionally, and treated us poorly throughout the stay—even after we tried to stay polite and gave a tip. Unacceptable intrusion and early checkout: Our confirmed checkout time was 12:00 PM. Instead, someone actually unlocked our door between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM demanding to collect the keys while we were still occupying the apartment. Walking in on guests hours before checkout is an alarming violation of privacy and safety. Between the bugs, missing amenities, shady handling of payments, and having our door unlocked on us hours before checkout, this was one of the worst rental experiences we have had. Look elsewhere in Marrakech.
