Overall, value for money definitely accurate. It was well equipped, felt fresh once you stepped in. Very welcoming, quiet, and private.

The minor renovation was a major one, the constant noise was unsettleing, disturbing in the mornings, hearing the constant drilling, falling bricks around you. At times there were disruptions of the water, and the wifi has gone out for 3 consecutive days, and probably still out. The workers were friendly and obv it wasn't their fault, however when you're hosting guests the mandatory thing you should be providing is silence, an opportunity to be able to disrupt from reality on holidays and unfortunately the noise wasn't helping at all for that matter. As a guest you're required to be quiet and respect other's privacy and from the other point of view it was neglected.
