  La posizione ottima, la stanza pulita molto ampia. Lo staff ci è venuto in contro, dopo una iniziale indifferenza, per un piccolo incidente con la ruota in garage. Per il resto tutto okey

  Inizialmente è difficile raggiungere la struttura in auto quando ci si ritira, poiché i vari vicoletti e le ZTL creano confusione. Il condizionatore nella stanza ci metteva un pò più di tempo per rinfrescate la stanza, bisogna accenderlo un pò prima.

  Era molto centrale, si trova in uno dei quattro canti. Lo staff molto accogliente. Le camere pulite

  Il fatto che sia molto centrale è una valore aggiunto che un problema se si fitta una macchina. I primi due giorni abbiamo impiegato 40 minuti per capire quale vicoletto portasse al garage poiché maps ci voleva far passare in vicoli nei quali c’erano tavolini dei bar. Poi chiedendo in giro ci si arriva per la strada dietro la struttura.

We received no information regarding parking; then, hours after we were forced to leave our car on a sketchy street because we were told that the parking area closes at 8:00 PM and stays shut until the morning.We made the booking via Booking at 7:00 PM, immediately announced our arrival, and asked for details about parking and the check-in process. 3 hours later, we still hadn't received a response—despite following up every 20–30 minutes. We were desperate, having a confirmed booking but nowhere to sleep and nowhere to park. It’s worth noting that they don’t provide a phone number on Booking.com—only email and messaging—and their typical response time is 24 hours. SO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS. Three hours after our booking was confirmed—and after standing in front of the building like idiots for over an hour—we tried calling a phone number for the hosts that we found on the building itself. No one answered. Rude, once again.After spending an hour waiting in the building's lobby and out front, and asking every neighbor and tourist entering the building if they had a contact number for Pretoria ROOMS, a neighbor finally managed to reach someone. Absolutely appalling! What would we have done if that neighbor hadn't been there. After another 15 minutes of waiting, an arrogant man arrived; he treated us with total condescension, demanding that we show him our payment confirmation—as if we were some sort of vagrants.

  Good deal right in the city center

  The location couldn’t be better. I liked that there was concierge downstairs - added to the feeling of safety. Easy to get a taxi right to the entrance. The balcony was cute. The windows were facing the courtyard and a quiet narrow street. The price was very good for this location. The ladies who are organizing and cleaning the space were very friendly and really tried to help when needed.

  You can feel that the rooms have been heavily used and the management is not keeping up with fixing small details (e.g. shower leaking, sink tap missing, etc.). The room I booked had a working space (desk and a chair), but the one I’ve got had none. However, the lady who was checking me in managed to change my room, and improvised the working zone from the balcony furniture. The room also was not quite as bright with the sunshine as on the pictures as it was on the 1st floor. Pillows could be changed as well. The cleaning service is not happening everyday by default.
