    The host was very kind and helpful and provided all the necessary information via WhatsApp, including the possibility of free parking, which is otherwise not mentioned in the property's description. The apartment is nicely renovated and the location is very good, a few minutes' walk from the center of town. It was overall clean, there are plenty of utensils and, very importantly, the apartment has central heating, meaning that you can adjust the temperature inside and not worry about running out of hot water.

    A few minor aspects include the fact that there were no teaspoons among the otherwise plentiful cutlery and kitchen tools, the light in the hallway flickering randomly because of some circuit issue with the lights in the bathroom, and no dish soap (although the host did apologize for this after I left, saying it was the cleaning lady's fault and offering to reimburse me for the one I bought) or kitchen/paper towels. There is an occasional nasty odor coming out of the toilet, but that's typical for older buildings like this one. A slightly more serious problem was that there was no coffee; there was a coffee maker, but its water recipient was cracked and didn't look very clean, so I opted to buy my own coffee and make it in a pot, which isn't that big of a deal. The truly unpleasant aspect, however, was the (utter lack of) soundproofing in the bedroom. There are people who are quite sensitive to sound when trying to sleep, myself unfortunately included, and at 2 AM I could literally hear every car and every slight breeze from outside and people in the apartment above talking (at a normal volume, not shouting) as if they were next to me in bed. I would kindly remind the host that the main reason why people pay for accommodations is so that they can rest, and if you list "soundproof" as a facility that your property does not have in the slightest, that's misleading and potentially extremely frustrating to say the least. Also, the faucet from the kitchen sink is all but coming off.

    Everything was perfect, with an excellent location and a very comfortable apartment; I will definitely come back.
