    Very disappointing stay!

    The location worked for us. It’s walking distance to the university and there is a shopping mall which has grocery stores and cafes near by. It’s in a quiet residential area.

    The property in itself is nice but not maintained at all. The appliances were very dirty and couldn’t be used like the oven and the washing machine. I had to clean the washing machine myself and when I asked for the oven to be cleaned , the staff said that ‘this is not a 5 star hotel’! Absolutely atrocious behaviour! There were literally 3 table spoons and the cooking spatulas were corroded and couldn’t be used. The utensils for cooking (since we stayed for 3 weeks) didn’t make any sense. One large pot and one tiny saucepan and a couple of fry pans that had peeling. They looked toxic to use. When we asked for any help, like toilet paper to be supplied they refused saying we need to get our own, we not only got our own but eventually left all the surplus stuff for the next guest. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything next door and the kitchen was full of ants! All in all, not a good experience at all given how expensive the stay was.

    Cosy, warm and ideal for university kids and families.

    Proximity to shops ad University. Unit was warm and cosy.

    Crockery and eating utensils were inadequate. No bowls, no forks and one spoon to eat with. Ants were also an issue in the cupboards and around any crumbs left in kitchen area.
