Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub, der viel Abwechslung bietet… aber sich auch jeden Café-Besuch vergolden lies…
Die Lage ist in direkter Nähe zum Chiemsee und für einen kleinen Aufpreis hat man die Möglichkeit In der Tiefgarage zu parken und seine Räder sicher abzustellen. Die Tiefgarage ist direkt über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist von der Größe sehr großzügig bemessen und hat ein Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Gästezimmer sowie ein großes Badezimmer und Gästebad und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich alles sauber. Unser Kontakt war sehr freundlich, der Ablauf absolut unkompliziert. Ach ja, die Pizzeria Roma ist echt lecker und für die Lage auch günstig. Ist in direkter Nachbarschaft….
Die Wohnung ist recht rustikal, altmodisch eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in der 2.ten Etage, mit 2 Dachfenstern die nur schlecht zu öffnen sind. Auch die 2 Ventilatoren helfen da nur wenig… Im Schlafzimmer hatte Ich immer einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch in der Nase, evtl aber auch Einbildung…. Dadurch, dass man direkt am Chiemsee ist, befindet man sich etwas entfernt von dem eigentlichen Stadtkern, wo es sich abends eher lohnt Essen zu gehen, auch preiswerter. Die Gasthäuser direkt am See bieten leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungs und Service-Niveau….

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung, sowie der Parkplatz in der TG waren gut. Wohnung geräumig und großzügig.
Die Wohnung ist teilweise sehr abgewohnt, Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen eher nicht vorhanden ( Backofen hat stark gerochen) , Kinderstuhl war dreckig
