    Wohnung, zu dem Preis, ohne Klimaanlage, und ohne Parkmöglichkeiten nicht gerechtfertigt.

    Lage, Übergabe des Schlüssels. Super ausgestattete Küche. 2 Schlafzimmer.

    Kein richtiger Tip für die Wahl eines günstigen, nahen Parkhauses, denn um die Ecke parken 30,00€/d. Wohnung liegt in Einbahnstraße und sehr laut. Größtes MINUS. KEINE KLIMATISIERUNG möglich, KEINE KLIMAANLAGE! Alle Entsorgungsleitungen laufen im über Lichtschacht. Eine Geräuschbelastung vom ganzen Haus in der Wohnung. Wird eine Spülung im 2.3.4.5. Stock gemacht, man hört Alles. Keine Party, ok, machen wir sowieso nicht, aber das ober uns wohnende Trampeltier, auch nicht schön.

    The property had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

    Décevant pour le prix.

    L’emplacement prés de la cathédrale et la taille de l’appartement avec ses placards.

    Le bruit de la rue très important : fenêtres pas isolées. Fenêtres d’une des chambres vue sur des murs aucune vue ni clarté. Tiroirs salle de bain sales. Pas de climatisation: il faisait trop chaud même avec les ventilateurs (bruyants). Le parking pour la voiture est un peu loin.
