We got a ground floor apartment. Communication was excellent. Key collection was quick and hassle-free. As we arrived late it was great not to be dependent on people. Also there was no bugs in the apartment.

The whole apartment smelled of curry that couldn't be removed. The mattresses in our room smelled of socks that even clean sheets couldn't cover up. The neighborhood isn't the best, so we were afraid to even park our car there, but that was stated in the description.
