Great location, with everything within an easy walking distance.
It was a bit tricky to get into the garage as we had a big 4 wheel drive and there was a car parked in front of the back fence. We got there and would definitely use again but bring the smaller car!

A spacious apartment with good facilities and very central Christchurch location.
Central location and garage for vehicle
The shower fitting was poor. We had to tape the fitting to stop it falling down the rail to where you couldn’t use the shower
