    they wont reinburse the extra money they charge at check in! terrible consumer service

    They charge me at my check in as all hotels do an extra amount in case i eat drink or use anything that wasnt included in my rate. its been more than 2 months and they havent reinburse me. I have ask may times for the documents and proff of reinbursement and they and booking.com have fail to do so. at this moment I feel the hotel is trying to keep with this money and they are comepletely helpless in costumer service. big big dissapointment.

    Spacious room, clean and modern. National Art Museum station Line 8 is 100-150m from the hotel so everything is super convenient. Staff were helpful. Meituan delivery lockers just by the hotel entry.
