    Large inside and had everything you needed.

    Good size and has everything.

    It smelt inside and area was a little sketchy.

    Clean house with all facilities in walkable distance into city centre

    It had all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfy too, nice new bathroom and kitchen had everything.

    The location, great that we could walk into town and it was quiet however wouldn’t choose that area - our mistake for not researching. The TV only played BBC iplayer

    Good weekend stopover for a visit to Newcastle

    Clean, well equipped, comfortable, well situated. Grassed play area right outside and playing fields just round the corner Plenty of teabags & coffee (I have stayed in places that (like hotels) leave you 4 teabags and coffee sachets!) Big refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner & bodywash in the shower; (not your tiny bottles good for one shower).

    Nothing important.
