    AC did not work and host was not responsive.

    The location

    The air conditioning did not work and the host was not responsive. The main reasons I booked this specific room was for the air conditioning and an elevator. After multiple attempts to contact the host, I I spoke with Booking.com and they said they would try to get the problem resolved. After looking at past reviews on this property, the air conditioning has been an ongoing issue. Booking.com needs to address the issue with the host and get it resolved.
