    We ended up having to book somewhere else!

    Nothing as the place was dirty and smelly. We didn’t stay.

    The place was dirty, mould on in the kitchen, dirty, bad carpet - totally different from the pictures! We had to find other accommodation.

    The location was great so close to the showgrounds and eden park which suited our stay. We got to visit family and be altogether. The neighbour's were polite and let us know they were having a 21st which considering we had an 84 year old and a 3 year old if we knew we would have stayed somewhere else as the noise was horrendous till 3 am. The shower had excellent pressure.

    Floor boards almost feel like your feet will go through. There was ants everywhere and the shower had mold and the extractor fan was very dirty. It was ok as we were not at the air bnb most days.

    Close to motorway off-ramp and awesome eats not too far

    Location was EXCELLENT for the kaupapa we were attending and close to Dominion Rd where there are AWESOME places to eat

    Smell in the kitchen sink; didn’t mind the property manager coming in to do a couple patch up jobs while we were there, was VERY odd when he heated up his lunch and washed his hands in the bathroom as we brushed our teeth.
