    Overall a nice property and comfortable.

    Whole unit with had a bad sewer odour, had to open windows and run water through all faucets to aid reduce smell. Internet did not work. Owner did call to help remedy however was not able to fix. Heating is insufficient for appartment, half house cold with other house warm once heater left running continuously. Only entry and exit from apartment is via the back alley which is narrow and not a sealed road/path.
