    Sehr begeistert

    Die Wohnung hat 3 separate Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad, ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer mit Sofa und TV, ist insgesamt sehr groß mit toller Küche und einem schönen mit umlaufendem Balkon mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und zusätzlicher Dachterrasse mit eigenem beheizbaren Pool. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der Fahrstuhl fährt von der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnungstür. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir würden mit einem netten Willkommensgruß ( gr. Obstschale u. Wein) sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Alles war fein.

    Eigentlich nichts. Mir waren die Betten zu hat, aber das ist subjektiv - mein Mann fand das nicht. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten steht nahe unter dem Pool und man hört die Pumpe sehr deutlich. Wer da empfindlich ist sollte ein anderes Zimmer wählen oder die Zeiten der Pumpe ändern.lassen. Es sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass Instandhaltungsarbeiten gleich ausgeführt werden z.b. Toiletten papierhalter( Kleinigkeiten). Wesentliche Sachen wie z.B der Austausch kaputter Terrassenstühle erfolgte sofort. Dankeschön Angelica.
