    Très mauvaise expérience. L’annonce indiquait qu’il y avait la climatisation, mais il n’y en avait finalement pas. La bagagerie était également annoncée, alors qu’en réalité, il s’agit simplement d’un appartement sans réception ni véritable service de bagagerie. Les divans et les coussins étaient très sales, ce qui donnait une impression générale de manque d’entretien et de propreté. De plus, le personnel était très peu réactif et semblait complètement se désintéresser de nos problèmes. Nos demandes n’ont pas été prises au sérieux et nous n’avons pas senti qu’ils avaient réellement envie de trouver une solution. Les informations de l’annonce ne correspondent donc pas à la réalité et le service n’était clairement pas à la hauteur. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement.

    We enjoyed Porto

    The apartment was close to the conference centre. It was well designed -light and airy. The little general store close by is a gem

    The stairs are a death trap with rainwater from the roof draining directly down the stairs

    it was nice.

    I liked that i was right across from my conference venue. I also enjoyed my daily morning walks along the river side.

    Great place to stay in Porto, near the River Douro (but no view) with a great host.

    The cleaning. The floor of the apartment below the furniture was not clean at all, with cotton showing.
