    The experience is not excellent

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

The bedroom fan didn’t work, and there was no remote control. Only the living room fan worked, making the hot nights very uncomfortable. Also, we were not informed that the lift was out of order, so we had to walk up and down five floors. We should have been notified in advance.

    Se posso, lo evito.

    Ottima posizione

    Don't trust these people .

Never gave us a chance to approach.

We the customers are 76 yeas old . After the booking was done we were informed that the allocated room to us is on 5th floor and there is no elevator. And when we told them that we are unable to climb on to the room their message told us that if we cancel the booking before 12:00 then there won't be any penality .But at the end refund issued € 36.87Out of €158.37 . I would never recommend these greedy people .
