    Disappointed

    Good location and spacious studio flat with all facilities. 10mins walking from the Milano central station. Closer to the tram station. Super market and eateries with 5 mins walk.

    Although the apartment had all the facilities there is an electricity limitation of 3kw that can be used at a time. If the load is high we were told by the owner that electricity would be cut off. And there is an alarm goes on when the voltage goes above a certain limit. Due to this if we use the oven, iron or washing machine we had to switch off the AC and lights and make sure it’s within the limit. At one point we had to switch off all the lights in the apartment and stay in darkness to use the washing machine. WiFi didn’t work during our entire stay. Also the staff was not reachable at all. I tried messaging or calling no response. The phone line didn’t even get connected. A recording goes giving their office hours even during office hours and the line gets cut off. Even after leaving a message saying WiFi was not working staff was not bothered to even respond to the message leave alone fixing it. So even though it had all equipment and facilities I have rated my experience as disappointing coz our stay in the apartment was very stressful.
