This is our second stay at these appartments just a 10to15 minute walk to St Marco square the location is perfect for us
The climb up to our 3rd floor apartment there is a lift which i couldn't use because I don't like enclosed spaces

Gran posizione ma appartamento migliorabile per pulizia e arredi
La posizione è splendida, davanti alle porte dell'Arsenale in una posizione molto tranquilla nonostante sia vicina alle zone più frequentate. L'appartamento è molto grande e dotato di molti servizi (tutto l'occorrente per la cucina). Il bagno era pulitissimo
Le tovagliette della cucina erano sporche, così come i ripiani interni dei pensili e dello scolapiatti. La signora all'arrivo si è lamentata del ritardo di 20 minuti del nostro arrivo, nonostante io avessi avvisato via messaggio un'altra persona. Su un lenzuolo c'era qualche macchia. La TV non prendeva nessun canale. Nel resto della casa la pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. In camera matrimoniale c'è un ventilatore molto usato. Per fortuna non abbiamo dovuto usare i climatizzatori, ma uno doveva aver perso acqua perché il muro sotto era tutto macchiato e crepato.
