    The room was beautiful. The surprise flowers in the room was very nice. Staff was very engaging and helpful. Good food in the restaurant.

    Bar experience wasn't great. Staff was accommodating. But the drinks weren't great.

    Great stay. Great location and free parking is a plus

    Hotel had a great location and had a historic and Victorian vibe. Great location and great price. I was glad we did not have to pay for parking. Rooms were spacious and the roses on pillow were a nice touch. I only had a grade down because our room overlooked the parking lot to garage where trash can were. And there was construction on property which I knew could not be helped but it is a great hotel

    Plush Luxury, Spacious Room, Top Service

    Friendly staff in a luxurious ambience... Plush style matching the historic building but not overly ornate... Lovely turndown service - a red rose! Great location downtown - yet comfortably calm... Wonderful bar lounge with good food for those who disregard the PoW's fine dining offer...

    Depending on the location of your room the long corridors and the stairs can be strenuous if you have heavy luggage. But of course we could have asked for assistance...
