    Tired, grateful it was only one night. Bedding clean staff helpful. Decor, upkeep etc poor

    Staff and banoffee pie!

    Tired, run down shower plug blocked with dirt and hair, silicone coming away and hanging down, black mould around edges of shower. Would have been helpful to have a chair in the room Large areas of stained carpet made my heart sink when we arrived. 12” stain on carpet between beds. Larger ones in entrance.🤢
