    スタッフの対応はとても満足ですが、荷物の発送を考えると、もう行きたくありません。　

    とても清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かった。

    カフェ以外の朝食があると良かったです。 荷物を近くの宅配業者まで持ち込むのが大変で、ホテルから荷物を発送出来ないのは残念でした。

    Crap service

    Clean and functional but austere

    Booked this hotel because it advertised on site parking. The manager would not allow motorcycles to park in vacant spaces. He was dogmatic... and sent us to places that also did not allow motorcycle parking. An hour and a half later, there was no parking within a reasonable distance... Yet still he would not budge even with 5 vacant spaces. A lot of time wasted and sweat in hot, humid conditions. Total disrespect of clients. Second last stop of a 2.5km odyssey... Very disappointed!!

    沒說明退房超時規則，會強收費用。退房後無寄物服務，旅遊很不方便。強烈建議去住別家

    飯店離車站超近 床蠻好睡

    1. 沒有說明退房資訊。超時強收費用。2000日圓/小時 2. 跟櫃檯人員反應退房資訊不透明，但完全不理會我們，只想快點收超時費用。我不缺2000日圓，但觀感很不好 3. 退房後沒有寄物服務，後續行程受影響。 4. 只有第一天提供瓶裝水服務，我認為有種族歧視，至少我看到白人旅客都有每日瓶裝水 5.我是台灣人，因為這件事，我會建議我認識的台灣人都不要來這間旅館。我以後永遠不會再來熱海。
