    The front (street) door key didn’t work and we had to wait until other guests arrived to let us in numerous times even though the host was aware of the situation.

    El apartamento es cómodo y está en la mejor ubicación. Hubiera sido excelente si ascensor y aire acondicionado hubiesen funcionado.

    El ascensor no funcionó la mayor parte de los días y nos tocó subir y bajar todo el equipaje 4 pisos. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido (un zumbido fuerte y molesto que no permitía dormir) y la única solución que nos dio el anfitrión fue apagarlo y bajarle el plomo. Es decir, no usarlo.
