    Very bad for the price.

    The location is good.

    Getting the key: We had to wait on the pavement outside for 15 minutes to collect the key, which was very inconvenient. Access to the apartment: The corridor leading to the apartment is very steep, has no windows, and is completely unlit. We had to use our phone flashlights to see where we were going, which was quite uncomfortable. Also, if you are tall you will need to bend your head to avoid bumping your head. Condition of the apartment: There was visible mold around the edges of the shower, and an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. Sound insulation: The sound insulation is very poor. Our neighbours had a party one night, and we could clearly hear their conversations, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

    Nice location for this small apartment that has everything you need and very nice staff.

    Small and cosy apartment that has everything you need. Perfect location in the very nice area of Principe Real. Very friendly staff that even picked me up from the airport for free. Amazing service! I’d love to come back.
